I was born in Dayton and grew up in Troy. I started my professional career operating my own catering company. I moved into restaurants, and by 2016 landed at Smiths Boathouse in Troy, OH, as part of their opening team. I discovered the working side of clubs when my mentor took on a position at PCC and I took the opportunity to work him again, as sous and then was named as the Executive Chef of Piqua Country Club. I love that being a club Chef, lets you be a part of such special moments in members lives. I recently joined the team here at Country Club of The North and I am so happy to be part of such a great team. My focus is in creating unique dining experiences for members and guests, while executing exemplary service.
