Dave Miller

I grew up on a small private golf course located in Fostoria, Ohio. My Grandmother was a golfer and took me under her wing at a very young age. She was a multiple club championship winner and played in the Toledo Women’s Golf Association. She started me out with the big plastic ball and club when I could barely walk, and I never looked back. I believe it was her influence and love for the game of golf that I was destined to be a golf professional. My dearest memories of my childhood were with her on the golf course or her watching me play junior tournaments. I lived in the Tampa, Florida area for over 20 years working as a Golf Professional and was elected to the Professional Golfers Association of America in 2006. I excelled as a player over the years, but I found that my true passion was running golf events and teaching. I moved back to Ohio to be closer to family members and have been the Head Golf Professional at Country Club of the North since 2020.
